All orders placed before 1600 will be shipped either that day or the next working day. At checkout, you can choose to add delivery tracking as a paid extra. Our basic tracked services for our herbal apothecary items only allow us to confirm when your order has been dispatched and when it has arrived. Due to the rising costs of postage, we do not provide up-to-date tracking, leaving the decision to use this service up to our customers. This policy also applies to international delivery, ensuring that your holistic wellness and natural health products arrive safely.
Default Sending
All orders from our herbal apothecary are sent by Royal Mail first class as default. For most natural health products, this is a free service, supporting your journey towards holistic wellness.
Our Responsibility
Due to the recent poorer performance of Royal Mail, we will no longer refund or replace items used by this default service. While it is generally a safe and effective option for free shipping, selecting this service will void any refunds or replacements for items that go missing or are delayed. We encourage our customers exploring our herbal apothecary and holistic wellness offerings to consider alternative shipping methods to ensure the timely delivery of your natural health products.

We take full liability for anything that goes missing or is late, allowing you to shop confidently for holistic wellness and natural health products. There are various services to choose from.
Shipping Abroad
When you select normal first class standard shipping with Royal Mail, you are accepting the terms that there is no tracking, your country's customs may delay or return your order, and we are not responsible for getting the order to your door when you select this service. In the event of the item coming back to us, we will resend it for free or offer a refund. We will contact you and ask for your preference before we proceed.
Since Brexit, the low-price service we offered is not as reliable as it once was. Royal Mail declares that it takes 3-5 days to the EU, but on occasion, some customers have had to wait a very long time for their orders. It really depends on what country you are in, so it is up to you to check. It is also the customer's responsibility to check for any laws on supplement importation to their country, especially when ordering natural health products. We will no longer pay out for an item lost using this budget service, nor do we have the time to fill out lengthy compensation forms that are usually rejected by RM. In nearly all cases, the order will arrive in good time, but we can no longer take responsibility for selected untracked international orders. We offer it knowing that not everyone wants to pay for tracking, particularly those interested in holistic wellness and herbal apothecary products.
Import taxes to countries are the sole responsibility of the customer, so please consider this before placing an order.
