Generally, you should not have to pay custom charges as VAT is paid here, but customs regulations vary. Refunds are not issued while items are in transit. Unfortunately, a small percentage of individuals take advantage of internet buying and exploit delays, attempting to claim refunds knowing that the package will still arrive. Any claims must be made within 8 weeks of their due date. Any items returned to us by a postal service at any time will be automatically refunded.

Replacement items from our herbal apothecary can only be sent when we have proof that the tracking is failing, which allows us to demonstrate to the courier that they are liable and claim it back. We understand that some customers may choose no tracking to save money, as 9 times out of 10, our natural health products arrive on time. However, we cannot send replacements for orders that are just slightly late, as we are not Amazon. While many of our holistic wellness products are available on Amazon and are subject to their Prime service and policies, Amazon generally offers more reliability than other couriers. The 60-day approval period is in place to protect you if your order arrives too late for your needs. Please note that replacement orders cannot be sent while the initial order is held by international customs.
